The best thing i can do for my back is go for long walks that helps allot and if i'm not way too lazy my back stretches i learned in physical therapy.

Ya I work with adults with mental and physical disorders. I've been doing that for 12 years. I hope I can work until average retirement age.

Not so much pain mostly aches at times or I just feel twisty and sideways lol. But I manage to do ok and get through my job and life just fine.

24 degree lower back curve. I can't even imagine 70 degree. That must be hard? I had physical therapy but that's about it.
