well the last time i came on this website it was a week before my operation. so my curve was 70 degrees and i had a huge curve in the middle of my spine and i had a little curve at the top. now 4 weeks after my operation i am getting back to normal. Have you had an operation on your spine?
Glad to hear you're enjoying your holidays. We've supposedly entered spring (not that anyone told Mother Nature that!) & it's gotten colder. There's a well known song about Melbourne's notorious weather by a NZ/Aussie band called 'Crowded House' that were big in the 80's/90's called "Four Seasons in One Day". That says it all; though you never get bored with the weather. Leila's 5th birthday is on Tue, so I'll be running around making (or more realistically buying) cakes for kinder & the party this coming Sat. Ahhhhhh! Enjoy the apples. Is that why they call NY the 'Apple Isle'? Kathryn
Hi Gayle. Marcus is doing ok. He's in the brace about 17 hrs a day. We go for his first post-brace xray in Oct. so we still dont know if it's working yet. I really hope it is- to justify his wearing it. We'll see. He is still very active and happy. Staying positive is key. Hope your surgery goes/went well. If you're comfortable about it, let me know. Chins up everybdy!!-Ant
'Straight backs' just have no idea. I'm thinking of having my Xray stencilled onto a T-shirt so certain people could see what I'm like on the inside! Other then your co-workers it sounds like you've got the right sort of job where you can both sit and stand.
